Rapid Bike Service Invoice Terms and Conditions*
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing our motorcycle service. By accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. *Service Authorization:*
The customer authorizes Rapid Bike Service to perform the agreed-upon motorcycle service as described in the invoice.

2. *Estimate and Charges:*
- All service charges are based on the estimated time and materials required for the service.
- Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the service. We will inform you of any extra costs before proceeding.

3. *Payment:*
- Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
- We accept cash, Debit cards, or UPI payment methods.

4. *Cancellation and Rescheduling:*
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
- In case of cancellation before the timeline the customer will be liable to pay Rs 200 as visiting charges

5. *Warranty:*
- We provide a warranty on the parts and labor used for the service, as specified in the invoice.
- Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
- Any modifications or repairs by other parties may void the warranty.

6. *Liability:*
- Rapid Bike Service is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the motorcycle during service.
- While we take precautions to protect your motorcycle, we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur while it is on our premises.

7. *Safety:*
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the motorcycle is in safe operating condition after service.
- Rapid Bike Service is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur due to negligence or improper maintenance following service.

8. *Customer Responsibilities:*
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the motorcycle and its condition.
- The customer should promptly report any concerns or issues with the service to Rapid Bike Service

9. *Data and Settings:*
- Rapid Bike Service is not responsible for any loss of data or settings on electronic components during the service.
- It is recommended to back up important data and settings before bringing in the motorcycle.

10. *Dispute Resolution:*
- Any disputes arising from the service will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal action if necessary.

11. *Privacy:*
- Rapid Bike Service will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

- Rapid Bike Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes.
