• 1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
  Bookings can be cancelled only upto 1 hour before the booked slot. Refunds will be processed in cases where cancellation is done in the stipulated time and before the assignment of the mechanic. There will be NO refunds if the allowed time window has passed and also in cases of Subscription Plans/ AMC plans.
• 2.BILLING/CHARGES
  You acknowledge that visiting charges for the mechanic at doorstep is Rs 199. You acknowledge that you will be liable for the payment of towing services provided by the Company as per the Company's Charges. Any belongings left at Rapid 's garage/service care for more than 4 months, the company is not liable for it.
